We absolutely loved our experience here! Excellent customer service-friendly and informative! Huge hot tub and amazing water slide! Pool size was just right! They have coffee and hot water available 24/7! The rooms have lovely art and are modern! We haven’t even had breakfast here yet, but I’m sure it’s wonderful! They even had a toothbrush and tooth paste for us that we forgot!

Our room wasn't cleaned in SIX DAYS! We had to ask just to receive clean wash cloths and towels. We also asked them to clean the room, assuming that this was included in the price we paid. They kept saying they'd clean the next day but …

We stayed here last night (12/29) and had my son's 3rd birthday party today (12/30) I was very impressed with the service that was provided, the front desk ladies were kind, and helped a lot multiple times. Breakfast was good. If I had one thing I wish they would fix though is the water slide hours. I would have loved to slide down it last night but its only open 6a-11am and 7p-10pm, unless there is a birthday party. So luckily we got to use it today! We will book again, we plan to spend a week here this next summer, and have his 4th birthday party here next winter <3

Would definitely stay again. My favorite thing about the room were the bed and the pillows. Very comfortable crisp sheets that DID NOT smell like bleach. Just perfect for my sensitive nose. Our room faced the outside fireplace, which added to the ambience. We just stayed over one night to be near the airport for an early flight. We had dinner at the Outback which is in the same parking lot. That was convenient. It was a clean updated room with a mini fridge and microwave. Staff was very friendly. Keep up the great work.

Great staff, room was really clean, relatively quite rooms but we were on 3rd floor, lots of kids running the halls and parents not watching them, hallways/elevator weren't that clean but rest of hotel looked nice, loved having Outback restaurant a couple steps away which that was so covienient. Would go back to this hotel for sure!

Kids live it here! It's convenient and fun. This is my 3rd time, and my only complaint is that the chlorine levels are crazy. My eyeballs instantly burn when I walk into the pool area, but we have so much fun we suffer.

Expected to have a hot breakfast Saturday morning at 9am since they were serving until 10:30 but all the hot food was gone, when I asked after waiting 10 minutes with 2 small children I was told they were working on it very rudely! I spoke to front desk as we had to eat elsewhere and she offered me 10% equivalent to $18! Told her I could not feed a family of 4 a hot breakfast for $18! So I was given 20%. Huge inconvenience and the swimming pool was a joke! Never stay here again!

I rent the conference room 4 to 5 times a year and I find the staff and service to be excellent. They have a diagram of how my room is supposed to be set up and it is always so when I get there. Refreshments are right on time and well stocked. The cleanup staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Front desk is very responsive with receipts and with booking new dates.
